I nostri amici animali
The respect for the life, for the environment and for the quality of our world it is also tied up to the respect for the animals. The animals are our friends, they are presences that we love and that they love each other. Often however we forget their dignity and we stamp on their health and their life.
In this space we can converse on the respect of the animal life and on our way to build small opportunities of meeting that mark the emotions and the awareness of as the animals is precious.

l rispetto per la vita, per l'ambiente e per la qualità del nostro mondo è legato anche al rispetto per gli animali. Gli animali sono nostri amici, sono presenze che amiamo e che ci amano. Spesso però dimentichiamo la loro dignità e calpestiamo la loro salute e la loro vita.
In questo spazio noi possiamo dialogare sul rispetto della vita animale e sul nostro modo per costruire piccole opportunità di incontro che segnano le emozioni e la consapevolezza di come gli animali siano preziosi.

Dai milioni di piccole gabbie
anguste, addossate,
dalle carni innocenti squarciate,
per gioco,
da milioni di tiri di schioppo,
dai roventi rimorchi,
in viaggio,
per le strade della Terra,
dalle mille catene di ferro,
s’alza
unico, immenso, tremendo,
il grido di dolore,
reale,
degli animali del mondo.
Sordi
ci trastulliamo
in un mondo virtuale.

What do you think about?
Many people feel that killing convicted murderers will satisfy their need for justice and/or vengeance. They feel that certain crimes are so heinous that executing the criminal is the only reasonable response.I think that permitting premeditated murder is totally unacceptable, even if committed by the state.
Capital punishment lowers the value of human life as seen by the general population and brutalizes society. It is based on a need for revenge.
