What do you think about?
Many people feel that killing convicted murderers will satisfy their need for justice and/or vengeance. They feel that certain crimes are so heinous that executing the criminal is the only reasonable response.I think that permitting premeditated murder is totally unacceptable, even if committed by the state.
Capital punishment lowers the value of human life as seen by the general population and brutalizes society. It is based on a need for revenge.

Thank you for finding the time to drop me a line. Yes, I do worry about you and your ordeal, I can't imagine what you have been going through and the strength and courage you need to overcome this incredible situation. You are very brave people, and I admire you immensely. I wish there were something we all could do to stop this nonsense and the evil which is terrorism! At least I am sure that all those of us who are connected by iPeace, For a Better World and many others are united in the prayer for peace.

I apologize for not seeing your comment before now. My development team got back from vacation and we've been very focused on our project. I've been neglectful of my network memberships.
I hope all is well in your home. I know there is turmoil nearby. Are you okay? Is it close to you? I sure hope not, though the whole world is watching and wishing they could do something to help bring it to an end. I know we will achieve peace. The difficulty is in determining when. Keep toning for peace, no matter what. ;-)
If you should want to check in on me, you can always find me on my network (bonetribeproject.ning.com) and would be a welcome member. We're a little sleepy (so to speak). Right now we're semi-private as we prepare to launch a children's animated series. We expect the first unveiling late this year. Until then we will be quiet, though loving and welcoming.
